What is the warranty on Herman Miller products?
Most of our products, including the Aeron and Embody chairs, come with a comprehensive 12-year warranty that covers parts and labor.
How long will it take for my order to ship?
In-stock items typically ship within 1 to 3 business days. Custom-built or 'made-to-order' pieces generally have a lead time of 4 to 8 weeks.
Do you offer professional assembly for large furniture items?
Yes, we offer White Glove Delivery for an additional fee, which includes inside delivery, professional assembly, and removal of all packaging materials.
What is your return policy for home office chairs?
We offer a 30-day return policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it in its original condition for a full refund, minus any applicable shipping fees.
Are your products authentic and where are they manufactured?
All items sold on our site are 100% authentic original designs. Many of our core products are manufactured in our facilities in Zeeland, Michigan, and Dongguan, China.
Do you provide ergonomic consultations for home setups?
We provide detailed adjustment guides and video tutorials for all our seating. For bulk corporate orders, we can arrange for professional ergonomic assessments.
