At Herman Miller, we stand behind the quality of our products and offer a 30-day return policy for most items to ensure your home office or living space is perfectly equipped. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will provide a full refund or exchange minus any applicable shipping or restocking fees.

Initiate Your Return

Log in to your account and visit the Order History page to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Pack with Care

Place the product in its original packaging if possible to ensure it is protected during transit; please include all original parts, tools, and assembly instructions.

Attach Shipping Label

Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your box, ensuring any previous shipping labels are covered or removed.

Drop Off and Refund

Drop off the package at an authorized FedEx location; once our warehouse inspects the returned item, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 10-14 business days.
